We all have our favorite superhero, mine is Thor. Since I was a child I have been interested in his story and the many versions of him, his origins and culture. Since the film came out (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0800369/) I have started convincing people that I am. It's ridiculous, I know, but an awful lot of fun. I don't know if its people simply thinking "This guy is fucking insane, we had better just go along with it", but I enjoy it. I DO NOT DRESS UP and run around as Thor. I have no superpowers other than being alive (I survived a heart transplant late 2007). It's just fun and it is fun having debates about why I am (or not) like Thor. I guess it's how I feel. I feel strong in myself, confident that I can overcome issues. I want to make a difference and carry a big hammer. It's just a bit of fun, but like a lot of people, I look up to a superhero.
The film is awesome too. I seriously recommend that you watch it if you haven't already. Here's a REVIEW from a guy who knows a thing or two about films.
